The Under the Charter Oak Podcast will be a monthly podcast produced and run by Division of Library Development (DLD) staff members highlighting different library projects and initiatives of the CT State Library and partners.

Matt is the Director of the CT State Library's CT Library for Accessible Books and Middletown Library Service Center. Matt's area of focus is Accessibility and Accessible Library Services. In recent years, Matt has presented at the Public Library Association's Annual Conference, at the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled's National Conference, and at the Connecticut Library Association's Annual Conference.
